How much healthier can you get?

Haldi ki sabzi and beetroot with aloo

For a variety of colours and making it healthy as well nothing beats haldi-ki-sabzi . Raw turmeric grated and cooked in desi ghee or any other oil. With garlic-curd for added health benefits. The beetroot accompanied with aloo just made me feel I can't possible present a more healthier option.
Do not miss the diyas that I got from Delhi Haat.Didn't have the heart to put a baati in it and spoil its beauty.

poha cutlets

                   Poha Cutlets

The poha was soaked and mashed along with some boiled potatoes. It was cooked on a tawa on slow fire. A change from the usual poha that we have. Please don't miss the heart shaped cutlets made by Jagdish and the Singapore gift from Poorva. I am truly pampered.

noodles and chilly paneer

                  Noodles and chilli paneer

We had almost forgotten to capture the wonderful treat that Guddu had made. So the hurried assembling of bottles of sauces along with a dry decoration meant for Divir ( but that was never sent since it had a delicate dried peepal leaf that would get crushed on the way). In the corner are those paintings I had picked up from Wales.
The chilli paneer Guddu made by following my old much used BSF recipe book.

Yet another sprouts

                 Sprouts and all things nice

In an attempt to eat only light healthy breakfast got the moong sprouts done. Its steamed and has the bhuna jeera and lal mirch sprinkled on top. Added with a dash of lime just the right way to beat this incessant heat. Please do not miss the wonderful notebook that Poorva (one of my thakumaa gang) gifted me from her trip to Singapore.
